Emulsifying pump is designed for production of stable dispersion systems by atomization and mixing of material by the flow of liquid Emulsifier pumps convert the physical energy of the drive motor to the kinetic energy of liquid
Emulsifier pump (also called in-line high-shear dispersion mixers) is high-efficiency fine mixing equipment, integrating mixing, dispersion, crushing, dissolution, fine, depolymerizing, homogenization and emulsification.
Their working components are primarily stator and rotator. The rotor rotates rapidly to produce centrifugal force and hydraulic force, while the stator remains stationary. When the rotor and stator are precisely matched, a strong shear force is generated during high-speed rotation, and the material is subjected to high shear, centrifugal extrusion, impact rupture, liquid friction, and uniform turbulence. As a result, immiscible solid phases, liquid phases, and gas phases are dispersed and emulsified uniformly and finely in an instant. Finally, a stable and high-quality product is obtained through reciprocating cycles.
